Most Arabic voice products are an English product in translation. The result mispronounces names, stumbles over a mobile number, and gives the caller a promise that never happened.
The model is not the whole problem — the setup is left to a free-text box. Everyone who edits it produces something different, and nobody knows why the behaviour changed.
So we built it the other way round: structured setup in fixed layers, an Arabic test pack that gates release, and a record of every call you can review. Above all: no confirmation before a real success.

What we do not do
